Our Team
Phil Giordano graduated from Long Island University in 1984. He has experience in Retail Pharmacy, with 15years’ experience as a consultant and operations manager in the Long-term care/ Geriatric industry. He was Vice President of Product Management and Clinical Services for 3 years for Proxymed, an Information Technology firm in southern Fl. Phil is a full Fellow of the American College of Veterinary Pharmacists and certified in sterile and non-sterile compounding. Phil is now the COO/President of Skip’s Pharmacy and has been an owner and operator since 2004.
Theresa Giordano has been with Skip’s since 2004 as well and is now the CEO and director of finances for the company. Her background includes working for the New York Stock Exchange and various other human resource positions. She is Phil’s Wife and the mother of 2 boys.
Andrea Connolly is a skilled sterile and non-sterile compounding pharmacist who has been an essential part of Skip’s Pharmacy since 2016. Throughout her years at Skip’s Pharmacy, Andrea has earned a reputation for her strong clinical knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to patient care.
Outside of her professional life, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband Kevin, and their daughter, Marielle. Her family is her greatest joy, and she brings that same sense of dedication and care into every aspect of her work and life.
Lisa Evanosky is the Pharmacist in Charge at Skip’s Pharmacy. She is a dedicated compounding pharmacist with over 15 years of experience, specializing in both sterile and non-sterile compounding. She has a strong passion for functional medicine, Lisa integrates personalized therapies that support whole-body wellness, bridging the gap between traditional pharmacy practice and holistic health.
Beyond her professional expertise, Lisa is deeply committed to her family. She is married to Zack and proud mom to two wonderful children—her daughter Stella and son Ashton—who inspire her daily. At home, she shares her love of animals with her toy poodle, Teddy, who is a beloved member of the family.
Lisa’s journey reflects her dedication to advancing pharmacy practice while nurturing meaningful connections both inside and outside the clinic. Whether she’s formulating customized therapies, educating patients, or spending time with her family, Lisa brings compassion, precision, and a genuine love for helping others thrive.
